		<description>Harry - not to take away from your awesomeness, because we all bow to your fab blog - but I remember my mother doing ALL the things you suggested here - she was a fabulous hostess, and knew how to do things beautifully (and make it look easy.) Maybe it's just that everything old is new again - or that good manners and good planning never go out of style...</description>
